TEPA Compliance Department’s objective is to protect the natural resources, public health, and cultural heritage on tribal lands. The Compliance Department ensures that activities on tribal lands are in line with community objectives by performing regular inspections, engaging in community education efforts, and collaborating with outside regulatory and enforcement agencies.
