TEPA’s Water Quality Programs are intended to restore, maintain, and protect the chemical, physical, biological, and cultural integrity of the Hoopa Valley Reservation’s surface waters. Funded under the CWA 106 and CWA 319 with authority under the Treatment as a State, the tribe’s objective is to attain a level of water quality that is suitable for all potential uses and to protect all threatened and endangered species to the fullest extent possible.
